The Posturite AI Charter and the basics of Copilot in about two minutes: what AI is for here, the five
lines we don’t cross, our promise to customers, and how to brief Copilot well.
Captions are built into the film. The full transcript is below.
Human-led. AI-assisted. At Posturite, AI supports our judgement. It doesn’t replace it. We use it where it makes a real
difference: taking routine work off people, helping us think better, and giving customers more time.
Five lines we don’t cross
And there are five lines we don’t cross.
We use the tools Posturite provides, signed in as ourselves.
Customer and personal information stays where it belongs.
AI doesn’t decide about people.
Nothing runs that nobody owns.
AI should reduce work, not move it. If three lines will do, don’t send three pages.
Our promise to customers
For customers, that means accountable people, not algorithms.
Using Copilot
Every Posturite account comes with Copilot Chat. Talk to it like a colleague: what you need, why, any details, and how
you want it back. Not quite right? Just tell it. Simpler. Shorter. As a table. Use it openly, and check it before you
rely on it. Whoever sends it owns every word.
If you’re not sure
Not sure? Ask your line manager, or raise an IT ticket. Start simple. Keep experimenting. Stay in control.
How it was made
The same way as the narrated Positiv Plus re-cut: a script first, one voice, a score on a bar grid, and every
frame drawn in code.
01
The script
Every line comes from the two documents.
The narration is the charter’s stance, its five lines and its customer promise, then the prompting guide’s basics:
task, context, details and format, refining the answer, and checking it. The wording is shortened for speech, not changed.
02
Voice, score and sound · ElevenLabs
One take, one grid.
The narration is a single take, so the voice stays consistent. It is then split into 20 lines and placed on a 120 BPM bar
grid, with a little more air between sections. The score was composed in seven sections that follow the film; for the
customer promise, its rhythm drops away to piano and pads. Eighteen sound effects land on the narrator’s words.
03
Drawn in code
No footage, no stock.
Every frame is drawn by a small animation engine as a function of time, in the Posturite palette and Arimo, with Lucide
line icons that draw themselves on. Each animation is keyed to the word that cues it, so the picture follows the voice.
Line one: the tools Posturite provides.Line five: three pages fold into three lines.
04
The chat window
A brief in four colours.
The Copilot section uses one chat window throughout. The brief, adapted from the guide’s team-meetings example, types
itself in four colours as the narrator names each part. The answer then gets simpler, shorter, and turns into a table,
and a magnifier checks each row before it is signed off. The window is an illustration, not Copilot’s real interface.
